Simply amazing. Perfect service, more than perfect food: tasty, generous, audacious but not risky, balanced, wine was absurdly good as well. The space is intimate and joyful as the same time. Felt at home! Thank you for a perfect meal

It was such a lovely night. The staffs were so friendly and nice and offered us a bigger table as requested. The food was incredible and all served at the perfect time. I personally really like the small decorations in the restaurant, making it very homelike and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. A big thank to the dessert offered to us. Will definitely come back xxx Special recommendation: Juillet (the white wine) & cold cooked beef

If quiet luxury was a restaurant it would be this place. What a gem of a restaurant. Excellent service, beautiful food and a friendly and homely atmosphere. We tried most of the dishes and they were all as delicious as the other. If I had to pick a favourite I’d say the fried Munster and the cod’s roe. The owners work at the restaurant as well and they are the cutest.

I’ve never been to the Alsace before but oh boy have I been to July. Been looking forward to eat (and drink) at July since they opened a few weeks ago. This travel, that travel prevented us from going but what a treat. The service was very friendly, caring and attentive. Something that gets lost these days across many restaurants. The wine was perfect, hard to stop. And the Alsace inspired food. Had some great cheese and potatoes salad, spetzle (reminds me of my childhood somehow) and perfect great bread various snacks. Glad to have a new natural wine and food near the office for after work goodness. I haven’t been the Alsace (yet) but have been to July. And loved it.

Located on vibrant Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia, July is a charming French bistro that offers an authentic and memorable dining experience. The restaurant spans two floors, featuring a warm, modern, and meticulously detailed decor that immediately sets the tone for an inviting and cozy meal. From the moment you are greeted by the staff, you sense the hospitable French spirit that permeates the atmosphere. The attentive and professional team adds a personal touch, making the experience feel special and enjoyable. The menu, though compact, is carefully curated with seasonal ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality in every dish. Its thoughtful design caters to a variety of preferences, offering something for everyone. Dining as a group of three, we sampled nearly every dish on the menu and were delighted by the flavors of each course. The authenticity of the cuisine truly bridges the gap between London and France, delivering a dining experience that feels like a culinary journey. One of the standout aspects of July is the exceptional quality of its ingredients, which is evident in every bite. Paired with its competitive pricing, the value for money is undoubtedly one of the restaurant’s strengths. Overall, July combines excellent seasonal cuisine, a cozy and stylish ambiance, and impeccable service to create a dining experience that is both unique and highly recommended. Whether you're a local or visiting London, this is a restaurant worth adding to your list.

July had a relaxed and casual vibe. We dined here on a summer day so the restaurant feels very airy and tables extended onto the street. The menu is short and seasonal, feels like a lot of heart has been put for preparing. We got our ice cream twice - apparently the first time the portion is not up to standard ( we didn’t notice / complained so was pleasantly surprised)

Loved the food and atmosphere at July! The service was also super friendly and attentive. We had a few starters and then the market fish for main which was so good and came with mussels which really added to the dish. Also do not skip dessert!
